Extraction and finishing a run
Extraction happens at tracked points on the level.
A run ends when your crew reaches an extraction point with loot: R.E.P.O. tracks the extraction points on a level and records how many extractions you have completed.
What the game establishes
- Extraction happens at tracked points on the level. (checked against the game's own files)
- The game records how many extractions have been completed. (checked against the game's own files)
- The build names the extraction point's pipe and the emoji material it uses. (checked against the game's own files)
- The extraction point is dressed as a set of its own, with a hole that carries walls and a pipe of its own. (checked against the game's own files)
In play
Extraction is a place on the level, not a button. You have to find it and physically bring your loot to it.
The game tracks the extraction points while you play, which is why the interface can point you towards one.
Completing an extraction is recorded, so progress carries between runs.
