Extraction and the shop · R.E.P.O. v0.4.0 · read from a local copy

The museum and its props

The game defines its own museum props rather than only scenery.

Not everything in R.E.P.O. is a weapon or a valuable: the game defines props of its own, including a museum piece, and gives cosmetic objects a condition of their own.

What the game establishes

In play

The game defines props as objects in the world rather than as scenery, which is why something like a museum piece is its own thing.

Cosmetic objects carry a condition of their own, so decoration is not purely visual in the data even if it looks that way in play.

Inside the between-run shop there is a machine for cosmetics, which is where these objects come from rather than from the level.

What this entry does not tell you: prices, what any prop is worth or whether a prop can be damaged. We have not verified those numbers, so we do not print them.
